Mile High Adjuster Houston Refund and Cancellation Policy

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
(Effective for All Courses – Online & In-Person)

In-Person Courses

A $500 cancellation fee applies to any in-person course cancellation. Refunds, less this fee, will only be issued if cancellation is made at least 7 calendar days prior to the first day of class.

• Rescheduling is allowed based on seat availability.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for failure to meet course requirements.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approved cancellation.

Online Courses (Self-Paced)

A $250 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations for online/self-paced courses. Refunds, less this fee, will be issued if cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase and only if the course has not been accessed (logged into).

• Once the course has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
• Course transfers or rescheduling are not available for online courses.
